Integrated design & renovation
An integrated design-and-build service connects concepts, drawings and execution. Standalone design-only commissions are not offered.
Project management
Coordination of works, progress communication and design decisions, with scope, responsibilities and checkpoints agreed in the contract.
Bespoke joinery & furnishings
Tailored cabinetry and carefully resolved junctions, with loose furniture, lighting and styling specified as required.
Outdoor, facade & specialist coordination
External designers, architects, authorised persons and other specialists are engaged as required. Approval-related and statutory matters are subject to assessment and handling by appropriate professionals.
Design and construction fees are separate. Services, deliverables, programme, specialist appointments and responsibilities are governed by the formal contract.
