A home that becomes
more yours, over time.
Design is not a style applied to a home. It starts with understanding the life within it.
Where you pause, how you gather, what you wish to display and what needs a place of its own. These details guide the integration of aesthetics, buildability and budget.

Style is a beginning.
Your life is the answer.
Five distinct design directions. Each retains its character while responding to your property, priorities and way of living.
01SOARING DESIGN / DESIGN DIRECTIONS
Style reference01 / FASHION-FORWARD MODERN
Fashion-Forward Modern
A home with a point of view.
An expressive light, a work of art you love and a distinctive spatial composition. Your home need not please everyone; it should feel unmistakably yours.
02SOARING DESIGN / DESIGN DIRECTIONS
Style reference02 / MODERN LUXURY
Modern Luxury
Quiet confidence. Lasting substance.
Luxury lives in proportion, light and the meeting of materials. Natural stone, considered furniture and carefully resolved junctions create a composed home—not a collection of statements.
03SOARING DESIGN / DESIGN DIRECTIONS
Style reference03 / MODERN MINIMAL
Modern Minimal
Clarity, without emptiness.
A place for the things you use, and room for the people who matter. Clear circulation, integrated storage and disciplined proportions bring order without stripping away everyday life.
04SOARING DESIGN / DESIGN DIRECTIONS
Style reference04 / WABI-SABI
Wabi-Sabi
Space to slow down.
Afternoon light, an unfinished book, a ceramic cup. Natural textures and measured space allow life to breathe. Neither artificially aged nor dominated by concrete, the interior feels quietly grounded.
05SOARING DESIGN / DESIGN DIRECTIONS
Style reference05 / CREAM & WARM
Cream & Warm
A softer place to return to.
Soft surfaces, tactile fabrics and layered light let the day settle. Gentle forms make room for gathering, while intimate corners offer comfort when you are on your own.
DETAILS, WITH PURPOSE
Detail is not an afterthought.
It is where design begins.
Founded in 2012 and led by Design Director Jerry Chung, with 18 years of interior design and construction-related experience and close attention to the junction between design intent and execution.
HOW WE WORK
From design to completion,
one continuous line.
We work on an integrated design-and-renovation basis, so concept, drawings and site work stay connected.
Following a meeting and mutual intent to collaborate, we can provide three complimentary initial concepts for the same property; the chosen direction is then developed and quoted. Completed works carry a one-year warranty, with scope and arrangements set out in the works contract.
BEGIN A CONVERSATION
First, we listen.
Then, we design.
Tell us about your routines, priorities and the details that matter. Together, we can explore what your space could become.
